Designed to teach basic cooking methods that can be evolved into new dishes and skills.
Wk 1 eggs and sauces
Basic sauces/ cauliflower cheese, omelettes and pancakes
Wk 2 Fish
salmon (baked), prawn Risotto, smoked mackerel pate
Wk 3 Meat
Chilli con carne, Thai chicken curry, roast pork fillet
Wk 4 Bakery
Scones (cheese and fruit ),victoria sandwich, sausage rolls
these dishes are examples of what will be cooked, they may change/vary
